General Care Instructions for Products.

Ensure that you use and store products in proper conditions, at an optimal temperature, in a clean and dry area. Keep products away from damaging factors, such as dirty or rough surfaces, chemical substances, and rodents. Our marketed products are designed for use in normal and regular conditions for streetwear. The products are not intended for sportswear, demanding activities or activities that involve difficult working conditions or other unusual circumstances. Do not remove tags sewn or attached inside the products. Do not alter or perform technical operations on the products, neither in person, nor through unauthorized third parties.

General Care Instructions for Clothing.

Follow the instructions and symbols for care, washing method and temperature and, where applicable, those of ironing and drying, for the products purchased in our stores. Detailed information can be found on the inside tags of each clothing item, but there may also be additional instructions that we may provide where applicable. Do not use industrial products for washing. Do not wash clothes of different colours together. Do not dry the products by hanging them or placing them near artificial heat sources, such as, but not limited to radiators, stoves, and hot plates. Do not iron on the print of the products or on fabrics such as oilskins, leather, or imitation thereof. To increase the durability of a clothing item of any category, it is recommended to alternate wearing multiple items of clothing from the same category.

General Care Instructions for Accessories.

Backpack/rucksack products are manufactured and marketed as fashion accessories and are not intended for use as luggage or for carrying weights exceeding 2 kg. For an optimal care and use, follow the instructions found on the inside tag. Pay close attention to the wearing and storage of products, such as cloth face masks, underwear, and socks, including proper hygiene. General care instructions for clothing also apply to accessories, where appropriate.

General Care Instructions for Footwear.

The visual and technical condition of the footwear depends on proper care. These footwear products do not have specific waterproof properties, and in weather conditions such as rain or snow, they may allow water to seep in, which is not a defect. Therefore, it is recommended not to wear these products in visibly humid conditions. Regardless of how thoroughly and regularly the footwear is cleaned, the effects of impregnation partially fade in time due to gradual wear or climatic factors, which is not a defect. It is recommended to use high-quality protection for the footwear. The cleaning methods and the substances used vary and depend mainly on the type of fabrics used in the manufacture of the footwear. To increase the durability of the footwear, it is recommended to alternate wearing multiple items of footwear. The footwear can be cleaned using a special damp cloth. Do not wash the footwear in the washing machine, as prolonged exposure to water may cause this product to deteriorate. The footwear must be dried in natural conditions and not with artificial heat sources, such as, but not limited to heat generated by radiators, stoves, and hot plates. Some items of footwear may be dyed, and some colours can bleed over time, but, generally, this is not a defect. Use a shoehorn to avoid damaging the heel area of the products. Placing a shoe insole inside the footwear while these products are drying is also important, as it helps prevent the product from deforming.

Attention! Recommendations detailed in this document are solely for the care of products purchased in our stores. Application of these recommendations varies and depends on the category of each product, as well as the fabrics used in the manufacture of each product. It is recommended to follow these care instructions, as well as any other care instructions we provide.

Commercial Guarantee.

One of the key objectives of our company is to ensure that all products we market are compliant at the time of delivery and suitable for use in normal and regular conditions, as the products we market are not intended for sports activities, difficult or demanding working conditions, or inappropriate wear or care in relation to the nature of these products, with description, intended use and purpose of normal clothing (for casual streetwear), as resulting from this Seller's declaration, as well as from the instructions for care and use indicated in the product tags. These tags can be found inside the product, attached to it, or attached to the box or included in the box in which the footwear is packaged.

As part of our efforts to ensure you take proper care of the products purchased from us, please note that you are responsible for following the lawful instructions given regarding the care and use of the products. Do not dry the products by hanging them or placing them near artificial heat sources; do not alter or perform operations on the products, neither in person, nor through unauthorized third parties.

After you acquire any product purchased in our stores, it is recommended that you check the conformity of the product and its packaging and notify us promptly of any possible nonconformity, as we are legally bound to provide products that comply with the Commercial Agreement, according to the applicable legislation.

Therefore, products marketed in our stores come with a 30-day commercial guarantee which applies to each product starting from the moment you have purchased it and, respectively, you have taken possession of it. Should you have any complaints regarding the nonconformity of the product, please submit them to the store where you purchased the product.

By purchasing products from our stores, in order to address a complaint about a potential nonconformity in relation to one of the products you have purchased from us, we can reserve our rights to conduct an inspection report, through our staff or, where applicable, through the staff of the Manufacturer of that product, on the matters raised by the Buyer. This report will be followed by a conclusion or solution which you will be notified of within a reasonable deadline, in accordance with legal requirements.

In order to settle this complaint, we retain the right to request your fiscal document supporting the purchase of the product, and to request, where applicable, certain information about the claimer, such as any of the following, where applicable: full surname and first name, e-mail address, phone number, full delivery address, invoice address, bank account, body size. All data will be processed confidentially in strict compliance with the law, including United Kingdom Law on processing of personal data, which states the rights of the data subject and for which we are bound by our legal duties.

As a result of the investigation report conducted, the Seller will provide a solution which may result in any of the following, where applicable:

(i) justified acknowledgement of the complaint, in whole or in part, and free of charge replacement of the nonconforming product (as a corrective action when justified, possible and proportional for the trader within maximum 15 calendar days from the date of notification of the nonconformity by the Consumer to the Seller), the Seller retaining the right to keep the nonconforming product;

(ii) justified acknowledgement of the complaint, in whole or in part, and the refund, in whole or in part, of the price at which the Consumer purchased the nonconforming product (as a corrective action when justified, possible and proportional for the trader, and product replacement is not possible), the Seller retaining the right to keep the nonconforming product in case of full refund of the price;

(iii) justified rejection of the complaint for valid reasons, such as, but not limited to: (a) the product has not been worn and/or properly cared for; (b) the inside tags of the product, which include instructions for care and use provided for you as well as product identification data, have been removed; (c) operations on the products or attempts to repair/fix the product have been performed by third parties that are not authorized by the Seller. Rejection of the complaint means returning the product you sent to us for carrying out the investigation report and issuing a decision.

The Commercial Guarantee is valid for the products marketed by the Seller. In order to benefit from the Commercial Guarantee, it is essential for us to find that the complaint of the Consumer is true in relation to a nonconformity of an item sent back to the Seller for carrying out the investigation report, together with a copy of the valid fiscal document (fiscal receipt/invoice) supporting the purchase of the product in our store. To ensure that the fiscal document is valid, it must be fully visible, and the contents must not be altered, modified, or forged.

In order to benefit from this Commercial Guarantee, please contact the store (either physical or online) where you have purchased the product you intend to file a complaint about, and follow the instructions above.

By purchasing products in our stores, you agree to this Commercial Guarantee Certificate on our products, therefore you can read and acknowledge this document before purchasing the product.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover and has no effect in relation to:

(i) inappropriate wearing, storage and/or care of the products;

(ii) wear and tear of the products as a result of wearing the products;

(iii) removing attached or sewn tags from inside the products;

(iv) alterations or technical operations on the product which were not performed or authorized by us;

(v) other justified cases and situations deriving from the contents of this document.

The contents of this Commercial Guarantee will not affect and will not limit in any way your legal rights in relation to products that may be nonconforming.
